This coaching is designed for adults who want to reduce stress and enhance their wellbeing through play. Clients are typically hardworking individuals, including corporate professionals, creative professionals, and those in the tech or EdTech industries. This is ideal for people who are ready to embrace positive change. However, our coach is NOT qualified to mentor people with diagnosed psychological or personality disorders if they are not already receiving treatment from a mental health professional. If you are unsure whether or not play for wellbeing coaching is right for you, please feel free to book a free consultation and we can discuss together.2. What does “play” mean in this context?
Play can include any activity that brings you joy, is something you want to do, and sounds fun. It could involve playing a musical instrument, editing a picture in Photoshop, immersing yourself in nature, going for a walk, traveling, playing sports, having mini dance parties, engaging in various fun hobbies, reading, or even just lying in a hammock outside.3. Why is play important for adults?
Play isn’t just fun—it’s essential for wellbeing. It helps reduce stress, boost creativity, and improves resilience. No, this is NOT therapy. Play for Wellbeing Coaching is focused on forward-looking strategies for healthy population clients, emphasizing creative and practical ways to integrate play into your routine. Medical diagnosis and treatment is NOT part of these coaching sessions.6. Do I need to have creative hobbies or artistic skills?
Not at all! Play looks different for everyone. While I have expertise in areas like arts in health, multimedia art, and graphic design, we’ll work together to uncover activities that feel meaningful and enjoyable to you, whether or not they’re creative in nature.7. How do you integrate your specialties into coaching?
Our coach has background & expertise in health & wellness coaching, arts in health, corporate environments, management, multimedia art, design, and other applicable personal experience that can be used to help clients reduce embrace wellbeing through play. However, coaching is client-centered, so you will always be the one in the driver’s seat. Our coach is here to be more of an accountability & brainstorming buddy.8. How do I get started?
